Chief(Dr.) Olusegun Osunkeye OON, FCA - Chairman

Chief Osunkeye, formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Nestle Nigeria Plc, is currently the non-Executive Chairman of the company. He is also the Chairman of GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Nigeria Plc., and the International Chamber of Commerce (Nigerian Chapter).

Mr. Moses Bamidele Adeisa B.Sc., FCA, FCIS, ACS Managing Director

Mr. Adeisa graduated from the University of Lagos with a B.Sc.(hons) in Accounting. He is qualified as both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Secretary & Administrator(ACIS). He has over twenty years post qualification experience in Industry, Commerce and Professional practice.

Mr. Oluseyi Osunkeye B.Sc., MBA, FCA, ACS - Executive Director

He graduated from the University of Lagos with a B.Sc.(Hons) Accounting degree and from the University of Hull, UK with an MBA in Financial Management . In addition to auditing, banking and industrial accounting experience, Mr. Osunkeye has vast experience in asset management and stockbroking and has been involved in a number of major landmark capital market transactions.

Prof. Afolabi Lasisi B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., FNSE, FASCE, FNIAE -

Non-Executive Director

Professor Lasisi is a distinguished university administrator and an accomplished agricultural, civil and structural engineer. He was the Vice Chancellor of the University of Uyo between 1991 and 2000.

He is presently a Professor of Structures and Environment at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, as well as the current Vice Chancellor of Crescent University, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Mrs. Olufolakemi Adewole B.Sc., MBA -

Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Olufolakemi Adewole is a seasoned banker who holds athe B.Sc. and MBA degrees of the University of Benin and the University of Lagos respectively.

She commenced her banking career with Afribank/IBWA and worked with Chartered Bank Plc for over twelve years until she joined the Personal/Private Banking unit of First Bank of Nigeria Plc in July 2004.

Mrs. Adewole has attended several professional courses/workshops in Accounting, Banking, Computer Operations and Management. Mrs. Adewole became a Director of Pilot Securities Limited in July 2004.

Mr. Taiwo Raji B.Sc., ACTI -

General Manager Finance/Admin

Mr. Raji, a Chartered Accountant and alumnus of the University of Lagos, worked with Multi-Resources Associates Limited, a management Consultancy firm, before joining Pilot Finance Limited in 1993 as the Company Accountant.

He was at various times Head of Corporate Finance, Manager Bureau De Change Operations and assistant general manager. He joined Pilot Securities Ltd. in July 2004 as Company Secretary and General Manager Finance/Admin.

Mr. Babatunde Williams B.Sc.(Hons) ACS - Manager

Mr. Williams, a Chartered Stockbroker and alumnus of the University of Lagos, worked briefly with the National Assembly in 1982 before moving to Ministry of Defence, Lagos. He later worked with Majestic Securities Limited as Head of Administration. He moved to Clearview Investments Company in 1997 where he trained as a Stockbroker.

He joined Pilot Finance Limited in March 2001 as a Stockbroker and later Pilot Securities Limited in July 2004 as Manager - Capital Market Operations.
